Linear arrangement of dryer zones:

The temperature of each dryer zone can be regulated individually according to the needs of your medical product. The MBCD 1.3-2.1/2.2 machines are developed to produce ODF and/or TDS patches on the laboratory scale. The maximum web width is 150 mm.

U-shaped arrangement of dryer zones:

The two or three dryer zones of this type of table top coating machine are arranged in a u- shaped manner which reduces the length of the MBCD-machines while keeping the total dryer length of 1.6 m. It is designed to handle demanding medical products on the laboratory scale. In the same manner as the linearly arranged dryer zones it is possible to regulate the temperature of each dryer zone individually. The maximum web width is 150 mm.
